Ordered two pairs of shoes where it was stated that the shoes were small in size and that it was recommended to go one size up. I did so, and at first thought the shoes were a little big when I tried them on. Then I discovered the insole that was supposed to make the shoe go half a size down. Then they were absolutely perfect. Love Kastel - the shoes, the history of the shoes, the idea behind sustainability and the customer service. Picking up my fifth pair today, and it definitely won't be the last.
