Ordered two pairs of shoes where it was stated that the shoes were small in size and that it was recommended to go one size up. I did so, and at first thought the shoes were a little big when I tried them on. Then I discovered the insole that was supposed to make the shoe go half a size down. Picking up my fifth pair today, and it definitely won't be the last.

Exchange was very quick and easy, when I registered the wish to exchange on the website, this was automatically added to the order and sent out. I did this on Saturday, May 10th and new shoes in the perfect size were delivered on Wednesday, May 14th. Very good nice shoes - very satisfied.
