Ordering and delivery was very easy and fast. The shoes were too big so I wanted to exchange the size. Exchange was very quick and easy, when I registered the wish to exchange on the website, this was automatically added to the order and sent out. I did this on Saturday, May 10th and new shoes in the perfect size were delivered on Wednesday, May 14th. Very good nice shoes - very satisfied.
