Purchase terms and conditions for returns/complaints apply to all purchases from Kastelshoes.com.
Prices
All prices are in Norwegian Kroner and include VAT. The total cost of the purchase will be presented before ordering and will include all expenses associated with the purchase.
We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors regarding price and information about goods/services on the site. Please contact us at info@kastelshoes.com if you have any questions.
If the item you purchased within 14 days is priced lower than what you paid, you can receive a refund of the difference from us. You must notify us while the campaign for the relevant item is ongoing. This only applies to the online store kastelshoes.com and not price matching against other stores or outlets. It must also be possible to purchase the specific item and size at the time you report. If the product is sold out, this price guarantee does not apply.
Payment
You can choose to pay with a card or invoice. We collaborate with the largest payment solution providers to ensure your security when shopping with us.
We accept all major debit/credit cards: Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express, and all cards affiliated with these providers.
We also offer the Klarna invoice service, meaning you donât pay until 14 days* after receiving the goods. Klarna is a simple and secure way to shop online.

You always pay after you have received the goods.* The Klarna Account service suits those who want to split payments and gather all installment purchases on one invoice. All purchases made with Klarna Account in a month will be combined on a single invoice that you receive in the middle of the next month. Additionally, you can always decide how much you want to pay each month.
*For pre-ordered goods, the invoice from Klarna Invoice and Klarna Account will arrive 14 days after the purchase is completed in our online store, not after the products are received.
Shipping and Delivery
- How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over 1200 NOK. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of 79 kr will be applied. - When will my order be shipped? If the order is placed before 12:00, it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the next day. Delivery time can vary between 1-3 days, depending on your location in the country. Do you have special requests or need for fast delivery? All orders are shipped with standard delivery, and you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days. - How can I track my order?

Returns, Exchanges & Claims
Returns
If youâre not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of stains or damage
- Returned in their original shoebo

Once your return has been received and approved by our warehouse, weâll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
Please note:
- A return shipping fee of 79 NOK will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties are non-refundable.
- Items that do not meet return conditions may be sent back at your expense.
Exchanges
Exchanges are always free.
You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or model of the same value within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back in their original shoebox.
To start an exchange, register your request via our return portal. Once submitted, weâre unable to make manual changes to the request, as the new exchange order is processed automatically.
In-between sizes? Just let us know â we offer half-size inserts that reduce the fit by approximately half a size, free of charge.
An item can be exchanged a maximum of two times.
Claims (Defective or Faulty Items)
We take great pride in the quality of our products, but if you believe youâve received a defective item, you can file a claim within 1 year of purchase.
To submit a claim:
- Go to our return portal (same link as above)
- Select âclaimâ as the reason for return
- Include a description and upload clear photos of the issue
Claims are reviewed by our team within one business week, and weâll contact you directly to resolve the case.
Please note that general wear and tear does not qualify as a manufacturing defect. Each claim is individually assessed to determine the best solution â whether thatâs a replacement, repair, or refund.
Additional Notes
- Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned directly to the original point of purchase.
- Items bought on kastelshoes.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retail stores.
- Kastel is not responsible for returns sent to the wrong address or not registered through our return portal.
