These terms apply to all orders submitted through Kastel Shoes’ online store located at kastelshoes.com
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made by consumers on www.kastelshoes.com (the “Website”).

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
2. CONTRACTS AND ORDERS
To place an order, the Customer must accept these Terms.
A binding agreement is concluded once Kastel AS has confirmed the order and the Customer has received an order confirmation via email.
Kastel AS reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of:
- pricing errors
- stock availability issues
- suspected fraud or misuse
3. PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT
All prices are stated in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include VAT.
Shipping costs and any additional fees are clearly stated before completing the order.
Kastel AS reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information.
Payment can be made using available payment methods on the Website, including card payments and third-party providers such as Klarna.
Payment is processed in accordance with the selected payment provider’s terms.
4. SPECIAL OFFERS
Kastel AS may provide promotions or special offers from time to time.
Such offers apply only during the specified period and under the stated conditions.
Kastel AS reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.
5. DELIVERY
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place within a reasonable time and no later than 30 days after the order has been confirmed.
If delivery is delayed beyond this period and the delay is not caused by the Customer, the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase.
6. UNCOLLECTED ORDERS
If a package is not collected and is returned to Kastel AS, the order will be cancelled.
Any shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
The withdrawal period begins from the day the Customer receives the goods. For pre-orders, the withdrawal period begins from the delivery date.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Kastel AS by registering the return through the return solution available on the Website.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Kastel AS’s Return Policy.
Returned items must meet the conditions stated in the Return Policy.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping costs are refunded only where required by law.
Products purchased from third-party retailers or partners cannot be returned, exchanged, or claimed directly through Kastel AS.
Such requests must be handled through the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s own policies.
9. CLAIMS (DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS)
If a product is defective, the Customer has the right to make a claim in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Claims must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. Claims made within two months are always considered timely.
In the event of a valid claim, Kastel AS will offer repair or replacement. If this is not possible, a refund will be provided.
Kastel AS covers return shipping costs for approved claims.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Kastel AS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11. PERSONAL DATA
Kastel AS processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy available on the Website.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Kastel AS is not responsible for the content or practices of such websites.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Kastel AS is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or disruptions in transportation or communication systems.
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
Kastel AS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the Website.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes should first be attempted resolved directly with Kastel AS.

Disputes are governed by Norwegian law.
16. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms limits the Customer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
