Terms for returns, exchanges and claims

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

During selected periods (for example, holiday campaigns such as Christmas), we may offer an extended return period of up to 30 days. Any extended return period will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

This also applies to pre-orders — the withdrawal period starts from the delivery date.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by registering your return through our return portal.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused (only tried on)
  • Unwashed
  • Free from stains or damage
  • Returned in the original shoe box and packaging

Return Costs

Return shipping is not covered.

If you use our return solution, a flat fee of 89 NOK will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size or model of equivalent value, subject to availability.

Exchange requests must be registered within 14 days of receiving your item.

For pre-orders, the exchange period starts from the delivery date.

The item must meet the same conditions as returns (unused, in original condition and packaging).

Claims

If your item has a defect, you may submit a claim.

You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. Claims made within two months are always considered timely.

If your claim is approved, we will offer repair or replacement, and if this is not possible, a refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
