Shipping

  • We offer shipping within Norway.
  • We offer free shipping on orders above 1 200 NOK to PostNord pakkeautomat where this option is available.
  • For other orders we offer shipping alternatives from 79 NOK.
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 are typically shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Pre-orders

  • If you purchase a pre-order item, the expected shipping time will be stated on the product page.
  • Your order will be shipped once the item is in stock.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Your Order

Delays

Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, you have the right to cancel your purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Uncollected Package

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, the order will be cancelled. Any shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.
